3D VIRTUAL TOURS

To place an order please select the square footage option which most accurately applies to the subject property and provide any additional pertinent information when requested.

Once initial payment is remitted, an account administrator will contact the client to coordinate the next steps, assign a photographer, and calendar a date & time for the photography shoot.

As soon as payment is remitted, the order process officially begins.

Here are the following steps:

• Set Appointment: An account administrator will work with the client to schedule an appointment.
• Email Confirmation: Capture details including the date & time are sent to the client. Photographer information and simple steps for preparing a location for Capture are also provided.
• 24 Hour Notice: 24 hours prior to the Capture a 2nd email notification is sent with steps for preparing the location.
• On-Site Walkthrough: Our certified experts will arrive on time and the Capture expert will walk the property with the client to ensure readiness for filming.
• On-Site Capture: Our expert will Capture the 3D Virtual Tour and will also confirm the full scope of work is completed with the client.
• Product Delivery: Tour is delivered digitally in 24-48 hours. Universal Tour links and website embed codes are sent for any digital marketing uses.
• Sharing Tours: Clients may easily add the Tour to a website, share on social media, email, and/or utilize for direct customer engagement.

Generally, it takes between 60 to 90 minutes per 2,500 square feet to complete a Capture, but total time may vary based on conditions and other potential factors.

The Virtual Tours are delivered as simple URL links that can be shared on any platform, social media, email, or digital marketing campaigns.

Simple HTML code is provided to easily add the Virtual Tours onto any website.

Google Business, Maps, and Street View integration is completed during post-production.

Currently, this service is only offered in the United States, but, do check with your account administrator or reach out to us via our Contact link below to see if there may be options available in other countries.

There is a strict no-show penalty of $125 if the client is not available at the set date & time and does not provide a minimum of 48-hours notice.

(Our photographers often travel long distances to arrive at the appointment, if the client does not show up and the photographer needs to leave without completing their work and must reschedule to return to the location, they lose hours of their day.)

There is a strict $30 administrative fee if date changes are requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Clients must provide at least two full business days (48 hours) of notice if a new appointment is required.

All locations should be ready to Capture as soon as the photographer arrives, just as a 2D photographer would expect.

We charge a single $75 fee per scheduled Capture that is delayed beyond 15 minutes.

We strongly encourage the space is clean, ready to Capture, and free of additional employees or other people to avoid people appearing in the Capture.
