What is the Refund Policy?

We do not offer any refunds - due to the custom nature of the work conducted, all purchases are final.

How are orders placed?

Clients must submit all orders through the RealEstateDr.Store site and full payment must be finalized prior to any work commencing.

Clients will be able to share pertinent information including property address, any available photos (6 to 8 clear cell phone pics typically work fine), and any information they would like to have included.

Keep in mind that the order form cannot be edited after submission.

How does order delivery work?

For the MLS Listing Description Creation service, two full business days are required for crafting descriptions (excluding weekends & holidays) after all information and payment are received through our site.

For example: any orders placed on Thursday will be delivered Monday (unless expedited delivery is ordered).

While an exact delivery time is not promised, our expert team is reliable and responsive.

Clients may check the updated order delivery time listed on the description of each service as it is continuously updated.

Is there an order submission deadline?

Yes, orders submitted after 8pm PST will be placed in our queue and work will commence the next business day.

Is there an option to expedite orders?

Yes!
For next-day expedited orders, ready within 24 hours or the next business day, there is an additional fee of $47.

For same-day expedited orders, there is an additional fee of $67.

Major holidays and Sundays are excluded.

*Clients are highly encouraged to join our R.E.D.S. Membership program at a low cost of $97 per month to receive all of their listing descriptions within 24 hours, Sundays excluded.

(Pro Tip: Any real estate professionals responsible for even just TWO listing descriptions per month will save money with this membership.)

What is the R.E.D.S. Membership Program?

We encourage our clientele to sign up for our highly valuable membership program!

For only $117 per year (auto-billed until clients unsubscribe) ALL MLS Listing Description Creation orders are Expedited and will be provided within 24 hours, or on the next business day (major holidays and weekends excluded).

Membership DOES NOT include the price of writing the description, it is for Expedited service only.

How do revisions work?

We understand that some of us are more particular than others (especially when it comes to an MLS property description) and although our team of Real Estate Copywriting experts ensures an excellent final product, the final price does include two rounds of revisions.

Simply send us an email for a revision request, and please allow up to 24 hours for a response, Monday through Saturday (major holidays excluded).

Of course all clients are free to make their own edits however they may choose.

Additional revision requests may lead to added fees, plus, additional, reasonable time may be required to finalize the updates.

While there is no expedited service available for revision requests, our team treats such matters with the highest priority to ensure quality of service and client satisfaction.

What happens if errors are found?

Our team of Real Estate Copywriting experts will always make every effort to ensure that the content created is unique and proofread by our Quality Control team to make certain that the grammar, spelling, and punctuation are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every project will be completely free from grammatical, typographical, or factual errors.

Occasional errors are extremely rare but easy to correct by either party.

All clients may revise any of the provided content and make their own edits if they are not unable to wait for our team.

RealEstateDr. is not liable for any misinformation provided by clients.

What happens if there's a missed deadline?

Though very rare, sometimes things may happen that are just out of our control, regardless, our team will always do their very best to ensure work is delivered on time.

In the unlikely situation we are not able to deliver by the agreed upon deadline, clients will be notified ASAP.

RealEstateDr. will not be held liable for any loss or damages to anyone as a result of missing a deadline or even potential misinformation.

What information is required from the client?

Clients must provide RealEstateDr. all pertinent property information, including address, location, and general condition information via our online order form.

If clients have any MLS description samples they would like to share to provide an idea of what they are seeking, that is always welcome!

Photography provided must be clear and visible, there is no need for any type of video.

Property information is required to ensure our team is able to capture and present exactly what our clients are seeking.

For security reasons, we are unable to download files and cannot accept zip folders.

If the property information provided by clients in “bullet point” format is longer than the requested description word count, we reserve the right to exclude some of the info to fit in the listing description.

What are the hours of operation?

The RealEstateDr. team is available to accept orders and respond to client requests from 8AM through 8PM PST, Monday through Saturday, we are closed on Sunday and observed holidays.
