As we started forming our RealEstateDr team we dug into each other's backgrounds and covered allllllllll our pains and setbacks.
We shared with each other a long list of everything everyone had tried.
There was plenty of overlap, but a whole lotta originality too (especially in failing!).
We discovered that...
We tried starting fresh on our own without any feedback from any colleagues..
We tried "highly recommended" agencies who'd supposedly performed for others in our field..
We tried hiring VAs from online platforms..
We tried door hangers..
We tried pay-per-click..
We tried facebook and instagram ads..
We tried local search..
We tried a few CRMs (podio, Hubspot, Salesforce, Workspace, Dynamics 365, Biitrix24)..
We tried a few calling softwares (Twilio Flex, RingCentral, CloudTalk, Zendesk)..
We tried renting booths at events..

We tried.
The takeaway is, we’d each given it a fair shake, and we tried to take worthwhile risks while being careful with money.
We didn't let fear set us back.
We learned from our mistakes.
We learned from great mentors.
We partnered with great people, likeminded in character and purpose; and we are ready and expecting to thrive.
I love Marketing.
I have since I was a little kid.
I was the kid that would get annoyed when my dad would mute the commercials!
I loved so many popular commercials and ads...I'd talk about them with my friends at school!
An entertaining, attention-grabbing ad coupled with a memorable jingle is gold!

Great marketing can transcend.
It's equal parts art and science.

You have to have great taste.
